Take advantage of the charming communal areas for a relaxed evening. They make for great spots to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Finding the hotel can feel like a scavenger hunt. the signage is only visible from certain angles, leaving you guessing if you’re even in the right spot. Parking can be a hassle too. there’s no on-site parking, and the closest lot is a bit of a trek for €11 per 24 hours, which can be a letdown after exploring. I’d also rate the beds as a bit cramped for couples, and a bathroom with a closed shower stall would have been preferable over the wet floor experience.

The jetted bath in my room was the perfect way to unwind after exploring.
The breakfast buffet items were repetitive each day, lacking variety.

Modern amenities in guest rooms, Accessible gym facilities, Charming communal areas
Room for improvement with better communication regarding requests!!! The location is a bit far from major attractions, making it less convenient for those not keen on walking or public transport!!!

It was just an appropriate option for a short stay in Edinburgh with great value. The bathroom's glass door was a bit strange, with no sound insulation. Be prepared for a short walk to attractions.

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our night in the cozy Queen Room with Sofa Bed. The staff at reception were welcoming, which set a nice tone. However, I’d recommend looking for breakfast options elsewhere. it felt overpriced. Consider exploring local cafes for a better value meal.

The restaurant at Voco was a proper gem! I savored every bite during breakfast—truly one of the best spreads I've had, with a zesty choice that could make a full Scottish weep.
